Tasks:
1. Install electron-updater
2-5. Updater service, crash writer, migration runner, feed config (TDD)

8. Wire services in main entry
9-10. Settings + updater store
11-13. UpdateBanner, FirstRunWizard, CrashReportModal
14-16. Settings sheet updates + App.tsx mounts
17-18. CI + release workflows (publish latest.yml, mirror to CI)

20-21. E2E verification + tag v5.1.0
