Amit Haridas ccb998be66 test(renderer): Phase 6 integration smoke test (menu -> command -> store) 
- 7 end-to-end tests covering toolbar, header, native menu IPC,
  userBindings persistence, and command registry
- 169/169 tests pass (was 105 at end of Phase 5)
- build succeeds
